It all started in a jewelry store in New York City where Robert Taormina at five years old would sit for hours examining old antique coins in his mother's and father's store. Robert's hobby blossomed into a full-time position after his graduation from college. 

It was 1977 and he had been married for only one year when he opened his first office and worked as a gold and silver broker. He helped bring in the bull market of 1987 which saw some rare coins go up as much as 1000% in one month. That equals 10 times their value almost overnight.

After a time, he moved to Florida and opened his new office at 1420 Celebration Blvd., where he continues to talk to clients and buy and sell rare coins.
